Emma grew up in the Outer Hebrides and her childhood ambitions were to be a Blue Peter presenter, an actress or a potter! Instead, she used her creativity and communication skills to become a primary school teacher, working in schools in Edinburgh, Cambridge and New Zealand and developing special projects around children’s rights, global citizenship and financial education.
In 2016 Emma took on a new challenge becoming Learning and Development Manager at Stewart Investors. She now works with managers and leaders across the business to unlock the potential of teams and individuals to meet business aims. In her spare time Emma enjoys being creative, yoga and walking in woodlands or by the sea.
