There are a number of ways firms can support Future Asset from financial sponsorship to enabling staff to volunteer their time and expertise as Ambassadors, speaking and helping at events, or Mentors in our Investment Pitching Competition.
Future Asset can provide industry-wide engagement with schools, educators and most importantly, pupils. Our aim is to raise girls’ awareness of the investment sector, spark their interest in a financial career and thereby widen the industry’s talent pool.
Partnership with Future Asset enables companies to demonstrate a clear commitment to promoting and improving gender diversity in the long-term.
Investing in girls, giving them the information and opportunity to explore future careers, is a long-term strategic approach.
Volunteering with Future Asset can give staff valuable development opportunities whilst building links between firms and the wider community.
If you’d like to get involved, or to discuss your involvement in Future Asset, we’d be delighted to speak to you! Contact our Programme Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org
Girls without contacts in the sector find it very hard to get practical experience of what working in investment might involve. Offering work experience placements and workplace visits to girls through Future Asset can enable you to reach out to a more diverse group of students and give them invaluable insight and experience.
