Apprenticeships
We offer Level 3 apprenticeships in our Pension Administration, IT Support & Secretarial teams. Our apprenticeships open to school/college leavers and our recruitment of these roles begins in December 2025 (for a September 2026 start) Our apprenticeship positions are advertised via our website and the NAS.

We offer Graduate positions across a variety of business areas including Investment Consulting, Actuarial Consulting, Insurance & Longevity Consulting, Board Management Services & Pension Administration. Internships
We offer 8-week summer student positions in a variety of business areas (Investment Consulting, Actuarial Consulting, Insurance & Longevity Consulting, Board Management Services & Pension Administration) These programmes are open to penultimate year undergraduate/master’s students. Recruitment of these roles begins in December 2025 (for a July 2026 start) Our summer student positions are advertised via our website and across all major university platforms.
