Future Asset are investing in young women across Scotland, inspiring girls with practical career information and insights and building a pipeline of future talent.

We reach out into schools to tell students, especially young women, that careers in investment management are attractive and achievable. Our competition, workshops and visits enthuse and inspire girls to aim for ambitious careers.

Future Asset is needed because:

A poll commission by Scottish Financial Enterprise revealed that:

Almost 60 % of 16-24-year-olds were unlikely to consider a career in financial services.
Almost a quarter (23 %) of people in Scotland do not believe financial services represent an attractive or secure career for young people

Become an Ambassador

Are you a professional within the investment management industry who wants to make a change? Become a Future Asset Ambassador.

Competition Judge

Becoming a competition judge gives you the opportunity to evaluate the work submitted by our teams and provide them with constructive feedback to strengthen their skills. A select panel of Judges from our Sponsor and Member firms will judge our live finals in March.

Competition Coach

Teams entering our annual Growing Future Asset Competition are matched with Competition Coaches who work or have worked, in investment management. Coaches support and advise teams on researching, developing and presenting their pitches by email, online or in person meetings.

Speaker

Careers are not linear! Speakers share insights from their careers whilst enthusing girls about the different routes into the industry and the opportunities available.

An excellent way to share your experience with the next generation and give them insights into the industry.
