How to Play!

Scoring System
- 1-2: Needs significant improvement. There are clear weaknesses or major challenges in this area, and performance is well below expectations.
- 3–4: Below average. Some progress is visible, but there are still notable gaps that need attention to reach a satisfactory level.
- 5–6: Adequate or average. Performance meets basic expectations, but there is room for growth and further development.
- 7–8: Strong performance. This area is a clear positive, with consistent and reliable results that exceed expectations.
- 9: Very strong performance. This is a standout strength, demonstrating high-quality results and best-practice behaviours.
- 10: Outstanding performance. This category is exceptional, representing excellence and industry-leading standards.

- Business Model: How aligned is the company’s model with customer needs and current trends? Will it last? Does it have long-term potential?
- Competition: Does the company have a strong market position and competitive edge?
- Profitability: Has the company generated consistent profits over time?
- Technology: Is the company innovative and using technology to improve efficiency or customer experience?
- Environmental: How committed is the company to sustainability and reducing its environmental impact?
Use this scoring system to evaluate how your company
performs in key areas. Take into account competitors, a company’s website and
annual reports along with other sources such as news outlets. Reflect on why
you’ve given a particular score and identify areas for improvement or
celebration.
