Under 16 data consent – 2024-25 Growing Future Assets Investment Competition

Dear Parent or Guardian

Your daughter has registered to participate in the 2024-25 Future Asset Investment Competition through her school. (You can read more about the competition at this link.)

As your daughter is under 16, we need your permission to use photos of them that might be taken as they participate in the Competition – such as a team photo, or a photo of them at a Future Asset event.

We also need your permission to contact them after the competition is over – so we can let them know of relevant events and opportunities that come up in the future.

Under 16 Consent Form for My Child

Can we use photos of your daughter participating in the Competition?
I consent to Future Asset and its partner organisations (investment firms and schools) recording and using my child’s likeness in photographs, videos, or other digital media (“photos”) for any of their publications designed to promote Future Asset and their educational activities. I understand that my child’s image may be used in media both within the UK and internationally.

Can we email your daughter after the competition is finished?
I consent to Future Asset keeping my child’s personal data in a database and contacting them about opportunities after the competition finishes. I understand that Future Asset will keep this information for 10 years, or I can withdraw my consent at any time by emailing info@futureasset.org.uk.

You and Your Children’s Data – how we use this information

Future Asset will use the information you have provided to support your daughter’s participation in the Growing Future Assets Competition and supporting activities.
