We are pleased to welcome new members to our growing community.  To our new and seasoned members, we welcome your involvement as we begin our Competition cycle.  Here are ways you and your firm can make the most of your membership this autumn.

• Competition Coaches

We match every team with a competition coach who can give real-life advice and insights. Coaches meet with their team via online meeting, call, or even in person, around once per fortnight to:

• Guide them in their research
• Support them in analysing their company and creating the best pitch they can

• Competition Judges

As a Competition Judge, you’ll have the privilege of witnessing the culmination of hard work and dedication from the participating teams. Your constructive feedback will serve as a catalyst for their development, empowering them to strive for greater achievements in their respective fields. Your insights will not only shape the outcome of the competition but also leave a lasting impact on the future endeavours of the talented individuals involved.

• Host a visit

Firm visits enable you to build your firms brand and reputation among the local school age talent pool and to increase their awareness of your opportunities and the industry.  Our school network means we can build the bridge between your firm and the next generation of talent. 

• Volunteer to be a speaker

Schools are always on the lookout for speakers.  Becoming a volunteer speaker presents a unique opportunity to positively impact the next generation. By sharing your journey and insights, you can inspire and empower students to explore their potential. As a speaker, you can provide valuable real-world perspectives, offering practical advice and guidance on navigating career paths and achieving success.
